Operational Statement: “elaen” is not a company; it is a registered trademark used exclusively for marketing and promotion purposes of the medical services provided by the legal entity “Alejandro Enríquez de Rivera Campero (Persona Física con Actividad Empresarial – Individual with Business Activity).”

A. Scope and Definition of the Service

C. Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. The liability of MedStar, LLC for actual damages incurred by You shall be limited to U.S. $1000 (One Thousand United States Dollars), with the exception of claims arising from personal injury or death caused by negligence or willful misconduct, the limitation of which shall be governed by the applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
